Four Step Guide Helping You Understand The Insurance Restoration Process â€‹
STEP 1 - Schedule the Appointment of Property Inspection:  

Our Environmental Roofing Solutions Specialist will visit your home by appointment to thoroughly inspect your property for any storm related damages.  The proper inspection should take between 30 - 60 minutes.  

STEP 2 - Inspecting the Property:                        

One of our Licensed Trained Professionals will do a complete walkthrough of the property.  Moreover,

Environmental Roofing Solutions will provide guidance of the insurance process to ensure that a homeowner understands all of their rightful and legitimate options.  After one of our Professionals completes a thorough physical inspection, we provide a detailed review of the investigation including videos and/or photos of the property showing damages and issues.  These will include not only the roof, gutter, and siding but also the entire residential property within our scope of work. 

Our Specialist will guide you through contacting your Insurance Company to initiate a claim.  Once the claim has been processed and a claim number is provided, the Insurance Adjuster and your ERS Professional will meet with you to view the property damage(s).

STEP 3 - Insurance Adjustment / Scope of Damage & Estimate:

After the Insurance Adjuster examines the damages sustained from the storm, an assessment of the work needed along with the coverage amount awarded is provided to the homeowner.  Our guidance as a trusted advisor is to not only restore your property back to its original beauty, but also ensure all damages are covered properly and you’re compensated correctly.  An estimate is created along with a detailed list of repair items and measurements of the damaged areas, and the estimate is submitted for approval.  The insurance company will provide the homeowner or the mortgage company the funds, which begin the process.  At this stage, ERS on will begin the restoration project.

STEP 4 - Material Selection & Project Start to Completion:

We will work with the homeowner to select the proper materials needed and once the selections have been made the restoration begins.  Upon completion, we will provide a notice (Certificate of Completion) to the Insurance carrier and/or the mortgage company if required.  Finally, an ERS Professional will do a walk through with the homeowner.
